One of the most FAQs is, what is the need for a valuation? #Asset #valuations are beyond the numbers, and can be instrumental when it comes to: 1. knowing the exchange price had the property actually transacted - market/resale value; 2. understanding the value of an asset, market dynamics; 3. tracking asset operational performance and change in value and market fundamentals; 4. analysing price estimates based on a set of market-based assumptions and relevant transaction evidence; 5. tracking the effectiveness of risk taking and decision making; 6. measuring the impact of market uncertainty and volatility.
